About

A view from inside the hall showing the stage and lovely interior

Northaw Village Hall is situated in south Hertfordshire, England between Potters Bar and Cuffley in the village of Northaw. The hall can be found approximately mid way between the church and the junction of Church Lane with Northaw Road West (click on Map in the menu above to see exactly where we are and to get directions). The hall has its own car park.

Our hall caters for a wide variety of clubs, institutes and classes, as well as being used for local polling during elections. Apart from the normal main hall entrance, Northaw Village Hall also has an additional entrance on the road facing wall that has been specifically designed and installed to enable wheelchair access, as well as toilet facilities inside the hall that are friendly for the elderly as well as those with physical disabilities.

Preparation surfaces and the serving hatch

We have the ability to comfortably seat 120 (100 if sat at tables) and there is a stage with a public address system which is also fitted with a hearing loop to assist anyone who has a hearing loop enabled hearing aid to enjoy the facilities. There is also a room leading off from the stage that can be used as a changing room for stage presentations etc.

There is an amply sized kitchen for food preparation that also has a serving hatch.

Cooking and washing up facilities
